Paula Deen acted a bit off while appearing on Today on Friday (February 22nd) which had a lot of people speculating that she was drunk. Paula and her son went on the show to talk about food but the conversation quickly took a strange turn.
Even before Paula and the hosts enjoyed some virgin mojitos, the chef performed an impromptu salsa dance and invited Al Roker to smell her hand for skunk spray. When the actual cooking segment began, Deen repeatedly announced that they were preparing chicken balls to which Roker told the audience, “Set your watches, that’s where it all went wrong.”
- A rep for Paula told TMZ that the claim is ridiculous since she does not drink alcohol.
