Out today (November 14th) on DVD and Blu-ray disc is Paul McCartney‘s latest live concert collection — Live Kisses.
 

The set, which was recorded at L.A.’s legendary Capitol Studios on February 9th, features the former Beatle running through 13 tracks from his recent Top 10 hit standards collection, Kisses On The Bottom.

McCartney, who only sang and didn’t play an instrument during the performance, was backed during the invite-only show by musical director Diana Krall on piano, bassist John Clayton, drummer Karriem Riggins, guitarists John Pizzarelli and Anthony Wilson, vibraphonist Mike Mainieri, and conductor Alan Broadbent. Also featured on the disc is Joe Walsh on guitar and McCartney’s touring drummer Abe Laboriel Jr., who supplies occasional backing vocals.
