A woman in Michigan continued to receive food stamps after she won a million dollars in the lottery. She’s facing four years in jail for welfare fraud. In her defense she said that after taxes and deductions the million dollars was just a little over $500,000. Nice try.

She should have to repay all monies and then after all is repaid do the four years. At this rate the fed/state fund will not be able to be given to someone who really needs that money.
